Since 2012, Ilija Latinović has become a pre-member of IGDF, International Guide Dog Federation and in cooperation with the Organization of the North Banat Kikinda, the Association of the Blind of Serbia and the Institute for Social Protection of AP Vojvodina is working on introducing standards for training guide dogs for the blind and disabled in Serbia .
