The work of KOL-KI is based on years of experience and a wide spectrum of knowledge in Cynology by a cynologist and cynology judge, Prof. Ilija Latinovic.

Ilija is born 10/23 1947 in Kikinda. He graduated 1974 at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in Belgrade. He is a cynology judge of service dogs, pointers and hunting dogs.

From an early childhood Latinovic expresses and love towards all animals, especially dogs and shows predisposition towards communicating with them. He got a Brittany dog puppy, which he trained successfully. He had his first performance in Padej, Serbia with his Brittany dog CITO-ZAK and ever since then he has been dedicated to Cynology. He goes to his first match for working with official dogs 1979 which took place on Bled, Slovenia.  That same year he got hunting terriers Bask and Bill, which take exams and achieve high results in numerous competitions for hunting dogs. 1980 he got the famous German Shorthaired Pointer ALF VON STEINACKER and an English Pointer TOM. Each dog achieved high results with champion titles in work and exterior.  With his exceptional bird dogs he participated more than once as a representative of Yugoslavia on world championships in working with bird dogs. He registered his Kennel KOL-KI and started working successfully on breeding German Shorthaired Pointer.

Cynologist and cynological judge, prof. Ilija Latinović presents our successful dogs.

Cynology as a young scientific discipline in the world, and especially in our country, is still insufficiently researched. Due to lack of knowledge there are many misconceptions about dogs.
